What If All Goes Right?

Negative thoughts are going to come and go, but you don’t have to pay attention to them.

In 2025, after facilitating a Workshop on life and career planning that spans 100 years from the present time, Michelle asked. “Sudesh, what if all this stuff never comes to pass? I don’t like to set my expectations high only to get disappointed”.

Michelle’s problem was that her paradigm was working against her. A paradigm is a mindset; a collection of beliefs. She needed to move from being a victim to a creator. As long as you’re creating, you will get results. Things won’t happen because you wrote them down or wish they would happen. You have to take steps of faith rooted in the abundance paradigm.

Asking yourself, “What If It All Goes Right?” enables you to choose to think positively. The opposite of this is “What-if-down questions are questions like, “What if this program doesn’t work for me?” You can tell it’s a down question by noticing how you feel.

If you start to feel that you don’t have as much energy, you don’t feel as happy, energetic, or enthusiastic, that’s a what-if-down thought. However, you can change these thoughts; you can go in the other direction. You can what-if-up everything.

What if this blog post is giving you the greatest material you’ve ever gotten in your life?

What if this is the greatest investment you’ve ever made?

What if the processes in this blog post are so powerful, so unique, so leading-edge that they change you instantly?

What if they have the answers to everything you’ve been seeking for your entire life?

Notice how you feel when you ask what-if-up questions. This is a way for you to move from the scarcity mindset into the abundance paradigm. Again, if you have negative thoughts, you can just say thanks and let them go by. As you move into the abundance paradigm, you’re going to learn that negative thoughts are going to come and go, but you don’t have to pay attention to them.

In one of the processes I’ll be leading you through (which is a personal invention of mine), you’re actually going to go to the place that’s beyond thoughts. In this place, you can erase all of the data, the limiting beliefs, the scarcity paradigm that’s been haunting you since you were born. But for now, start with what-if-up thinking. It’s sometimes called up spiral thinking. Instead of thinking down, thinking negative, you turn it around, and you think positive. You will ask yourself, what would be better?

What would be wonderful?

What would be abundant?

What would be great?

What would be magical?

What would be miraculous?

Get into that mindset. The more you’re in it, the closer you’ll get to the abundance paradigm.
