“Ahhh Sudesh! When I came back from my leave I found a backlog that keeps accumulating. I also have my current workload….” She narrated.
Sadly, this story takes on many forms and shapes but it’s the same thing. Most employees live cluttered lives outside work but only look at their workplaces to solve the challenge.
Clutter is anything that keeps you from living the life you’re meant live, accomplishing your work, enjoying your life and finding times for family and church.
You know you’re cluttered when you feel powerless. Another indicator can be when you no longer perform a peak level despite being skillful.
