Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its entire life believing that it is stupid. That was a quote, bailed out by Albert Einstein. And he was talking about everyone having a genius.

You think about people like Mandela, you think about Samia Suluhu Hassan, the president of Tanzania. You think about Mother Teresa, you think about sportsmen likes Sadio Mane and you think about so many other great people.

And leadership genius is a conduit to help you to find that leadership self in you. Because as much as there are so many leadership courses on the block, most of them celebrate the big leadership people.

But the question should be within your docket. Within you  being a manager  within the middle level or the high level of the organization or within that sports fraternity or at the church that you go to or the mosque that you attend, how are you leading on?
