2011

the dream is birthed

Looking back, we had no clue what we were doing but we launched. What began as a three-people dream took off firstly as a Supply Chain Consultancy firm. So many things were not clear but as Sudesh Kaka (founder) states, “My dream was and has always been to create an environment that challenges the status quo; freeing the minds of people

2012 - 2015

The years of blood, sweat, and tears.

Nothing prepares you for the road like traveling. We realized we had built on the wrong foundation- tore apart the company and rebuilt again. The market gave us feedback. “I was forced to find a job to supplement my income from the Company,” says Sudesh Kaka, “We hardly made any money”. Partners left, and Clients tried us out. It was painful to watch. Our greatest lesson: we refined our value proposition.

The re-birth

Re- Launched Sudesh Int’l Consult as an Organizational design firm. We have since then expanded our portfolio. This profile highlights the clarity, value and results we have experienced in the market over the years.

Team Leader

As an Organization design expert & Consultant, Sudesh works to create clarity for forward- thinking leaders through training, coaching and consulting that creates impact and profit.

Prior to joining starting Sudesh Int’l Consult in 2011, he creatively transformed Leather Industries Uganda where he worked as a Sales Manager to Innovate the Sales system that grew sales from thousands of dollars to millions.

Known for his expertise in Cultural Transformation, Service Design, Innovation. His work speaks for itself. He pretty leads the conversation on Organizational Culture effectiveness, design & Innovation.

Sudesh holds an Undergraduate Degree in BBA (Accounting) from Makerere University Business School, a Diploma in Marketing & Sales plus a Diploma in International Business from IITA India
He is a Certified Fire Institute Trainer from the FIT Texas USA.

Joab Aliganyira

Trainer

Joab helps our clients leverage their sales, and employee engagement.

Prior joining Sudesh Int’l Consult, Joab held different positions in sales and Operations at Jenga Paints, Watoto Child Care & Manifest TV.

Expertise: Culture transformation, Sales, and Team synergy.

He is an engineer by profession with a Degree in Electrical Engineering from Kyambogo University
and a financial modeling & valuation analyst from Corporate Finance Institute.

Elvis Ssonko

Trainer

Elvis is a passionate trainer who serves clients with dedication and a caring heart. Elvis began his career with Maxwell Construction-Rwanda, gaining unparalleled experience.

He joined Sudesh Int’l Consult in 2017 as an operation assistant and has since then grown to a Lead trainer.

Expertise: Strategy, mental toughness, sales coaching and communication. Elvis holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Kabale University and a Post graduate Certificate in communication from IP.

Ritah Sudesh

Client Relations

Ritah serves as a Client Happiness to-go-to person at Sudesh Int’l Consult. She facilitates client & employee happiness and support for operational excellence at the firm.

Before joining Sudesh Int’l Consult, Ritah worked as a Property Manager at Century Real-estate-Kigali, Rwanda. Her work involved creating and managing relationships between tenants, Landlords and handling maintenance requests on behalf of the landlords.

Ritah holds a Bachelors Degree in Real-estate Business Management from Makerere University Business School.

Daniel Kagoda

Operations

Daniel is a digital specialist and an operation support staff.

After graduation, Daniel came to work with Sudesh Int’l Consult starting out as an operation assistant. Since then he has grown to lead the operations work of the firm.

Expertise: Social media content creation and marketing, event management, data analysis.

Daniel is a graduate of Makerere University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Computing and a Certified Digital Marketer at Google skills for Africa.
